MJD’s Property Solutions began operations as a southeast Wisconsin landscape contractor in the spring of 2005. Having worked in the landscaping industry for years, MJD’s Property Solutions owner, Mike Dallmann, wanted to offer individuals, families, and businesses more personalized lawn care. Ignoring the one-size-fits-all approach, he wanted to provide his customers with the attention to detail in lawn care and landscaping he employed in his own yard.
Over the years Mike’s passion expanded into helping individuals create outdoor and indoor spaces that balance beauty and functionality. He also wanted to provide companies with reliable, quality service to allow them to focus on running their business and not worry about exterior upkeep. To provide its commercial and residential property owners these more comprehensive services, MJD’s Property Solutions added talented, experienced professionals to help their customers manage, maintain and improve their properties.
